Cookies by Design is a great source for cute and edible gifts. They make cookie bouquets, which can contain the number of cookies that you specify. They have a huge variety of different decorations for your cookies, from school-oriented ones with graduation caps or schoolhouses to get well bouquets with bear-shaped nurses and doctors. The website shows a bunch of different suggestions for pre-made baskets, but you can request any that you'd like. The cookies aren't cheap - about $6 a piece - but they are very large (about 6-8" tall) and excellent!
