Worst customer service ever!!!! I have never dealt with a business as rude and unprofessional in my life. I'm a bridemaid in my brother's upcoming wedding and Gerri's bridal has been a horrible experience since I first walked in. I wasn't able to go look at the dresses with the bride so I went a few days later to be sized for the dress the bride picked out. The store was supposed to be open until 8 that day so I was getting other errands done beforehand until my brother's fiance tells calls to say they decided to have an early day and are closing the store in 15 minutes. When I finally got there, the clerk was rude because she had to wait for me (even though they were still supposed to be open another 3 hours). I paid for my dress and left. When the dresses came in, I called to pay the balance on my dress and see if I can get it shipped to me (I moved out of stat right before they came in). The same lady was rude to me again saying if I would have called two days prior (I tried calling but their phone is always busy or no answer!!!) she could have sent it out today. She then told me she would send it out tomorrow and I had to pay an additional $22 for shipping (that seems high to me). It is currently 2+ weeks after that phone call and I hace yet to recieve my dress. The wedding is in 2 weeks. I have called several times and didn't get through. When I finally did get through she told me she was TOO SICK to get it to UPS the day she was supposed to mail it but I would have it in 3 more days. So what did I pay $22 in shipping for?!?!? I have yet to recieve my dress. The wedding is in two weeks. It still needs to be altered. WORST BRIDAL SHOP EVER!!! more
