I was really surprised about the patience that woman had dealing with me. I am such a difficult customer and I am NEVER happy with anyone. I drive the cleaning ladies crazy until they leave because usually no one wants to work with me. I was very amazed to see the patience and compassion this agency has. I've been post partum depression crying on the phone with the lack of sleep and with a colicky baby on my lap I've been yelling and screaming and she always had a kind word and tried to help me in the best of her abilities. I was very happy with the lady I got and she has been with me for OVER A YEAR!!! NO ONE would EVER last working with me for more than the second or third time!!!
I was really impressed and surprised. I love my cleaning lady and most of it that I don't have to call the cleaning agency again because I have someone. This is what i like about her. That she wants me to find someone and to stay satisfied. I am a happy customer.
