This is by far mine and my husbands favorite restaurant in Omaha. Located in the Historic Old Market area. The atmosphere has a New Orleans French Quarter feel to it. Small, quiet and laid back. You can choose to dine inside or out. The floors are still the old cobble stone street. The menu is limited but the food is phenomenal. If you are a shrimp lover, try the Shrimp Ettoufee. Other choices include steak, blackened catfish, and jambalaya. Has a full bar with a good wine selection and margarita specials and after dinner drinks (kahlua and coffe). No need to make a reservation unless you are bringing in a large group or if it's Fat Tuesday. This is not the place to go if you are looking for a "quick" meal. Expect to spend 2 hours, which in my opinion is a nice change of pace..
