Okay, I've been to many fine dining places, and I must say Mistral is one of my fav in Seattle. The owner was totally nice and he even gave us free dessert wine to try! The food, great! They have a prix-fix menu and plan on spending on average $100/person w/o wine. The experience was good though. Unlike some of the fine dining place, the enviornment is not as snooty, rather, friendly. It's not a very dimly lit place either, which means that friends can enjoy a nice dinner and have casual conversation w/o any dating pressures! All in all, a must go!
