They ruined a roll of film when the developer had something caught in it and it scratched up my negatives...this kind of stuff happens, right? Well the technician didn't look at the photos for quality checks, and more than 10 customers lost their negatives to damage as well. The staffer I spoke to told me all this, and then said that all they could do was offer me a roll of their store-brand film (not the name brand they'd ruined) and that was it. They said the same to a woman who had her wedding pictures damaged.
I'll never take another roll of film here.
