I can honestly say they are awesome. They made my beautiful rug look nice again and got rid of its flaws. The rug was taken to some warehouse of theirs and brought back within 3 days, as I saw the results of it, it was hard to recognize it was the same one I had sent out. I was more than happy, totally satisfied and definitely recommend
