Mongolian Grill in Bothell (and other nearby locations like Woodinville) is just plain fun. As with with most grills of this type, you choose your vegetables, add your noodles, select your meat, add your oils and sauces, then hand your pile of food to the chef. He slaps it on the grill and cooks it up right in front of you. What is nice about this type of eating is that you get to choose your food. It's usually quite fresh. What is bad about this type of eating is that it may take several trips until you get the hang of being a Mongolian "mixologist." Lunch is usually a better deal than dinner and the experience is always fun.
