My husband has warned me over and over about not opeining emails when I am not sure who they are from. When I got an email with the name of my bank on it, I of course opened it and downloaded a virus. My husband was furious. A friend had told me about One on One Computers and I gave them a call. They cleaned up my mess and I didn't lose any data. My husband is smiling again.
