This airline is fantastic. The seats are some of the roomiest aside from first class that I've ever been in. They are regularly on time and the crew is always so polite. Nothing beats the video screens on the back of the seat in front of you. Now you don't have to struggle to see a video screen 20 feet away through the back of the guy who's 8 feet tall in front of you. Why is such a tall person sitting in coach anyway? Anyway, I hear they are now offering mini spa packages from Bliss spa on their red eye flights. Any airline that offers a direct flight for half the price of their competitor's connecting flights is OK by me.
