he thoroughly examined all of my plumbing, did some tests, and told me that the plumbing wasn't a major concern (if I fixed the foundation, it would be fine). I paid for the tests (very reasonable) and he left. Unlike the other plumbers who had quoted me thousands of dollars, the technician was honest and told me the truth. Thank you!
