Nintendo gets my vote for excellent customer service. We purchased a GameBoy SP and it began to give us problems after about 3 months. When I called Nintendo to ask for suggestions, the very helpful young man asked for the information off the bottom of the product. He was able to determine the manufacture date and also let me know that it was still under the original warranty. He gave me all of the necessary information to return the product. Since it could not be repaired, they very generously replaced it. Needless to say, we were thrilled.
