Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles is a very interesting restaurant to say the least. Just as the name states, this fine establishment serves chicken....and waffles! Sounds like a weird combination? Well, at first it was. But as I ordered my first plate, it turns out that the combination is quite delicious! The chicken has a secret recipe, which is very delectable and nothing like any other chicken you've probably ever tasted bar-b-que, rotisserie, El Pollo Loco, Cu-koo-roo, and the like! The waffles are very much delicious as well. If you add butter and syrup to the "breakfast" pastry, you'll find that the taste resembles the taste of French Vanilla (pretty weird, but the taste is very much memorable for your first time!) Adding this unique sweet taste to the salty and delectable taste of the chicken creates a unique taste on its own. Upon my first visit, I also tasted teh macaroni and cheese, which is also quite unique and nothing like any other Mac-N-Cheese I've ever tasted! If you are new to the restaurant, I suggest you order #13, which gives you a nice sample of Waffles, chicken, and mac-n-cheese! Enjoy this fine eating establishment if you are presented the chance!
