My husband and I bought our bedroom set from Furniture Row (at Bedroom Expressions) 2 years ago. We decided to give it a couple of years to see how it held up before we purchased our living room furniture. The bedroom set has held up very well - not a problem in site. We purchased our living room set the day after Christmas in 2005. We have always been pleased w/ the quality of the product, so that isn't an issue. When we purchased our living room furniture, we got 2 recliners (both light tan), a couch (lt tan) and a glass top coffee table. Since the order everything direct from the factory, we were told it would be 2-4 weeks for delivery. No problem. So, come delivery day, we got our 2 tan recliners, our coffee table and a PURPLE couch. The associate had ordered the wrong color! Our old furniture was out on the curb gathering snow, so we couldn't send the couch back (we had out of town guests coming in and needed the sofa bed). I called the manager and was told we could keep the purple couch until the tan one came in. The quality is great and we eventually got our tan couch. We will certainly will buy from them again, we'll just be a little more diligent about making sure they order the correct product!
