We have always had qwest. I have never had another serviceso have nothing to compare it too really. What I do know is that there are always overcharging me and I have to call in and find out why and get it removed---only to have it happen again the next month.
The recent incidents involve allowing MCI to be my Long Distance Carrier for $10 a month when I never asked or signed up for it. Also when bundling services for DSL & Home phone I have yet to recieve a correct bill for the advertised amount signed up for! How hard is it to add $29.99 + $19.99? You get 49.98+ hefty taxes ~ $55-$60 right? Sure.........or $120........ or $85.......or $75........ The overage goes down but I continue to get to have a monthly discussion with them.
If I had a cheap alternative I'd be gone.
