Sally's has low prices, and I go there everytime I need haircolor or nail care stuff. They don't have all of the "Big Names" as far as products go, but the products they sell are high in quality, and they are very reasonably priced. The people who work there are always helpful and know their product.. They are good at answering any questions you might have.
