The White Tiger is one of my favorite Indian restaurants in DC. I mainly go here for their lunch buffet. Unlike most Indian buffets all the meat served at the buffet stations are hot and fresh. The meat is not over cooked and the sauces all have some zip. Most buffets of this kind tend to water down their sauces, but their dishes all have some nice flavor.
