Unless you've read about Baby Greens on the Chronicle or it's recommended by someone you know, you've likely never even seen this place. It's tucked on the corner of Oltorf and S. 1st street and you have to be purposely going there in order to find it.
It's got some of the best salads in Austin. They are fresh, big and their dressings are homemade. They also don't cheap out on the chicken.
I highly recommend this place for a good, take out salads. There's really not much of a market for this type of food in Austin but this one is definitely one that needs to stick around.
