Although I was quite impressed with the Brick Over North location, my visit to the original location left me wishing for a lot more.
When we arrived, we were seated by a very apathetic hostess who seated us at the very back and darkest of the restaurant and came back with our menus about five minutes later. While we were waiting for our menus, we thought that we'd get our drink orders. We were wrong.
Menus arrived and she said our waiter would be with us shortly to get our drink and dinner order. So we waited. And waited. And waited some more. Twenty minutes later (25 total by now), no one had even so much as acknowledged our presence. We left.
