I have been so disappointed in Wendy's. We love Wendy's frosties but their drive thru service is so poor and their wait time is so long. I went through their drive thru and was yelled at by their cashier when I asked to purchase a small frosty with a children's meal. I had been through Wendy's several times. When I pulled up to the window to discuss it with the manager they would not come to the window gave me the "hand" and walked away. I left without getting my 3 kids their frosties and called the owner of the store. He told me they had just had some "big - wigs" in and that they scored very high. I don't care about that. I care about how I am treated and how well my food is. He did apologize and took my name and address to send me gift certificates. He did not live up to his end of the bargain so I have not revisited his store. I love Wendy's but wouldn't visit the Wendy's in Tooele again. more
