One of the downsides is living right across the street from the jail. We looked into these apartments and didn't like them. The 2 bedroom had a teeny kitchen, and I didn't like the layout. The rooms didn't get a whole lot of light and the fixtures were low quality. It does have a very nice community center, and the lake is pretty. But it really creeped me out that I would have to drive by barbed wire on my way to work every day. Not worth it for the amount of money you would have to pay to live there.
