Pho Pasteur in the Atrium Mall is a clean, quick, delicious, and affordable restaurant. It is a weekly ritual for my family and I to go there because it is reliable and affordable. We usually start with an order of fresh spring rolls, lettuce, shrimp, a slice of pork, and thin rice noodles wrapped in rice paper that you can dip in addicting peanut sauce. A few dishes that I order are the chicken noodle soup (which is great for a winter day), the pork chop with rice, or the vermaccelli (thin rice noodles) with slices of pork and shrimp. The food is always consistent. If you have never had vietnamese food, I think it has an aquired taste, like Indian food. The spices and sauces are different than any other kind of food. However, overall, I highly recommend Pho Pasteur. more
