Every year, the Evergreen State Fair comes to town and it's a fun time for the family. Time to get a good, smoked turkey leg, a purple cow, and an onion bloom--the trifecta of the fair. The fair is the same every year--same set up, same food, same displays. But it's a lot of fun, and it's a tradition. So figure out what's good, and look forward to it at the end of summer, when it's time to wind things down. My recommendations are to try the above!
