Cici's is a nice little pizza buffet where you can have your choice of a dozen types of pizza, salad, and dessert for very little money.
The food is horrible for you--butter-soaked cheese bread, sugar-coated cinnamon rolls, etc, but it's all very good. The only complaint is that most of the pizza is made with ricotta cheese, presumably to cut costs.
But other than that it's great if you don't mind feeling guilty when you leave.
