Good: absolutely nothing, never on time, most sub contractors did not speak English or looked legal, some came with their families. Bad: Poor quality, never did warranty work, just a rip off company.. Improvements: they need to be put out of business, DON'T GET A POOL FTOM THEM IT WILL BE THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. Other: I had my pool put in from the first owner of Cody Pools, which according to the present owner only purchased the name and assets NOT THE LIABILITIES!!!! So here I am stuck with a pool and absolutely no warranty, needless to say the new owners will not give out the contact information for the previous company. BE AWARE THIS COMPANY IS VERY DISHONEST IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! YES MY POOL HAS LOTS OF PROBLEMS, cracked gunite, severely cracked, electrical problems, equipment problems..
