No no nono no no no no! 4/16/2006

The management at this place is shady and will knowingly put someone in an apartment that has suffered severe water damage. I was pleasantly surprised to find brand new carpet and a fresh coat of paint on the walls when I moved in. I quickly realized they were replaced/repainted due to water damage and wanted to hide the visible stains. After 4 months of the roof continually leaking into my living room, hallway and bedroom, I moved out, but not before trying to get them to let me move to another apartment on their property. They said moving to another apartment would be a hassle and that the roof would be fixed soon enough. They lied. Then they charged me lease breaking fees (though technically, THEY were in breach of contract when they failed to fix the roof after 60 days) and damage fees, citing my pet as the source of carpet destruction. WRONG. I don’t think so. West Pointe Apartments is not to be trusted. Go to their competitor across the street. more
