This is a nice community bank with friendly tellers and friendly service. Like many banks nowadays, they are open for a few hours on Saturday mornings and have one evening a week when they're open later. They generally have good rates. Everyone at the bank is friendly and greets you when you're in the branch (the tellers and the customer service people). This Natick branch is a little off the beaten path, so parking is no problem. The people here are very friendly, so if you are equidistant between this branch and Main Street branch, this one is a much better option since it's never crowded and the staff is much friendlier. They have a good website and online banking options, too.
