This is a nice community bank with friendly tellers and friendly service. Like many banks nowadays, they are open for a few hours on Saturday mornings and have one evening a week when they're open later. They generally have good rates. Everyone at the bank is friendly and greets you when you're in the branch (the tellers and the customer service people). This Framingham branch is conveniently located in the large shopping plaza , so parking is no problem though you may have to park a little far away. It's good because you can also do your shopping, and it's next to a decent liquor store. They have a good website and online banking options, too.
