My windshield got nicked by a little pebble on the Mass Pike. I called JN Phillips, and they sent someone over by that same afternoon. They came to my home and came on the early side of the time frame that they gave me. The tech was friendly and gave me all the information I needed (about not driving for a couple of hours, not washing the car for a day, etc.). The customer service rep on the phone was really friendly and efficient. They took my insurance policy number, and they handled all of the communications with the insurance people (I didn't have to make a single call or anything). I pay the windshield coverage, so I didn't have to pay a dime. Great.
