We went here a few times with our kids and found it to be just too noisy and chaotic. The food was nothing out of the ordinary. There are some large mechanized animals like you'd see in a theme park and some of them spew the same tinny recorded remarks over and over, which gets annoying when you're trying to have a conversation with your dinner companions (even if they are only six). It was too much like the "It's a Small World" exhibit at Disneyworld for my tastes. Too commercial and manufactured, I guess.
