Poor Customer Service 4/16/2006

I went to this Napa to purchase some epoxy, there were 2 employees working and one other customer in the store. This is a rather large building, but they have only a few rows of merchandise on the sales floor. The auto parts are behind the counter. The female employee was on the phone with another customer and didn't even look up to acknowledge me, even though she knew I was there. I waited patiently, and eventually she got off the phone. She then looked at me and said "Yes?" I told her I needed to purchase the epoxy, she took it from me and scanned it, then threw it back at me and told me my total. I gave her the money, and told her to have a nice day. I don't think she likes her job very much! more
