I was not impressed with Davids Bridal service at all. I had called ahead and scheduled an appointment. Even though they said they take appointments over walk-ins, that was not my experience. I had to wait an hour and a half while they served walk-ins ahead of me. So finally at 2:30 instead of 1pm, I was assigned a saleswoman. She did not look at the list of dresses I had printed off their website and instead grabbed other ones. They had a very small selection of dresses in my size. The saleswoman would help me in a dress, then disappear for 30 minutes while I stood there, unable to get myself out of a dress. They I got the high pressure treatment from the saleswoman. Bottom line: Terrible customer service and too high prices.
