All the discount stores in our area now seem to have garden centers, but I still return to Windsor Farms. This is a local owned business on Route 300/Temple Hill Road in New Windsor, right near the Cantonment. They have a large variety of annuals and perennials, as well as selling high end jungle gyms for kids and sheds for your backyards. I bought a bunch of small houseplants today, six for under $20. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is not as hectic as the bigger stores nearby.
