This is a very conveniently located Old Navy, so I shop here often. Just like all of their stores, the store is neat and clean (pretty much) with sales staff usually available to help. They do a good business here despite the Newburgh Mall not being as busy as the other malls in the area are. My one complaint, again, is the sometimes long wait time on line. Maybe it's just me, but it always seems the checker has enticed the person before me in line to open an Old Navy charge account to save 10 or 15 percent (which usually only adds up to a whopping five or ten dollars). I realize the company makes big money on charge accounts and that the workers probably get a bonus if they open many accounts, but is it really necessary to do this when you have a line of five or more people waiting to check out?
