The Black Forest Mill is old school. You can tell that as soon as you walk in the door. The staff has been there for some time, and a good number of the diners there are regular patrons. The reason they come back time and time again is the excellent, authentic German food and atmosphere. You get a lot of bang for your buck here, with the waitstaff starting you off with yummy warm German potato salad and other side dishes. Dinner usually includes a choice of dessert and coffee. I come here for excellent spaetzl, schnitzel and sauerbraten. Though their hours can be somewhat erratic, I always leave happy when I dine here.
