I've always enjoyed Hudson's, but enjoyed it more even recently when we took our nephews here. They rarely go out to eat, and never to restaurants with such good quality food. They had pretty much stuffed themselves with the popovers and strawberry butter by the time the rack of ribs they each ordered arrived at our table. Needless to say, some of those ribs had to come home in a doggie bag due to the generous portions served here. I highly recommend Hudsons, but try coming on a weeknight if possible. The place is jam packed on the weekends and you often have to endure a wait (especially with larger groups). Still, it is one of my favorite restaurants in Dutchess County.
