Halo Bar inside the pageant is a lot of fun. It’s a nice setup for just hanging out and drinking. Or on some nights they have DJs that are always good. You can go anytime or especially after a show at the pageant. Then you don’t have to go to far to keep the party going. Its also a 3am, so after 1 it gets a lot more crowded.
