Trader Joe's has lots of healthy alternative food and lots of ethnic specialities just like some other stores in town, but the best part is that the prices aren't overly inflated. They carry a lot of good pre-prepared food and frozen food that can easily be heated. Nothing has a lot of preservatives, so it tastes better and its healthier.
