If you have shopped at Payless shoes you know what I'm talking about, they are usually running a sale of shoes. I don't need to wear dress shoes often so when I need a pair I always shop Payless first. I have bought sneakers from there also and they are alot cheaper then name brand sneakers and for me they have lasted longer. I do wish that they would carry more handbags because I also like shopping for handbags at cheaper prices.
