Wexford apartments look really great when you are touring them. They have nice floorplans and are only a couple years old, also the price is hard to turn away from too for the location. Keep in mind though bargins usually come with a price. Even though the apartments look great and offer w/d and water included they neighborhood has a lot to be desired. The property is income based and unfortunately it is typical to hear loud music at all hours and see the police making stops frequently . It's all about what you are willing to put up with. In this part of town though all the neighborhoods are basically the same but this is better then some others of about the same price.
