I took my Escape there recently due to my seatbelt being broken. They will willing to order the part and got the part in within 2 days. They also scheduled an appointment around my schedule and made time for me. The staff was very friendly and spoke with me when I picked up my car about what was wrong with the seatbelt and how to prevent it in the future.
