Ottavio's is the kind of place you see in movies. The food is delicious, the walls are covered with fantastic murals, there are singing servers/hosts and an accordion player, and the owner often makes rounds through the restaurant greeting patrons. Ottavio's is a place to take someone special or celebrate an important occasion. However, I would recommend visiting Ottavio's for dinner if you are hoping for a romantic or celebratory mood. The midday crowd is usually there just for the extensive lunch buffet, and the buffet set up gives the whole place a different feel. Then again, if you just want good Italian food, the time of day makes no difference.
