I honestly believe sonic, with all the customers it has all over the world, should take the initiative and hire more staff. I have been really mad to stay in the drive through for about 20 minutes just for a shake, that is very sad, especially from a company such as sonic. On a lighter note though, I love their vanilla shakes, their tator tots, their burgers (mmm, add bacon). I really love thier food, and would love it if they gave us customers a chance to experience more of their customer service. Am I the only one that feels this way? more
