I stop into Autozone any time I am near this store just to see what's on their clearance rack. As funny, or cheap, as that sounds, I have walked out of that store with a bunch of really good deals. An example of a recent transaction would be Anti-Freeze. They had one brand on the clearance rack for $1.50 a gallon. I bought all 8 gallons! For what I paid for all eight, I couldn't have bought one. I have also used their gift card promotion, where you purchase $20.00 worth of merchandise, you get a card punched. Once that card has 5 punches, you get a $20 gift card free! Can't beat that with a stick. Also, their staff is always friendly and helpful. Not typical of an auto parts store!
