This branch of Applebee's is probably the only one where we tipped the wait staff for the privilege of busing our own table. We waited 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge our table, then walked to the bar to find a server to take our order.
The food arrived cold AND burnt, our drinks arrived after our food did and we asked for water three times, but never got any.
Our check showed a charge for a Mudslide, which we didn't order and never got. When we spoke to the manager about the Mudslide, he blamed the service on a graduation party took the check to be fixed. The check returned with 2 of our entrées comped but the charge for the Mudslide was still there!
We had to take the check to the bar to get checked out, as no one seemed to care about taking payment. I only recommend this place if you want to dine and dash- and then even only if you like cold, burnt food and have a lot of time to kill.
