The Salvation Army Thrift Shop is located on M 21 in Owosso right across from Big Lots. They have moved into a bigger store right beside their old store. The new store is great. It's clean and organized with easy to find merchandise. They frequently have sales on certain colored tags, up to 75% off -- so be on the lookout for what color is on sale. They are much cheaper than Goodwill and I have never received poor service. I have found many items that are brand new with tags still attached priced to sell, like one would expect while shopping at a thrift store.
