You can smell Blue Ribbon Barbeque a block away on warm nights, and if you like meat, you'll be right at home. The pulled chicken here is really tasty (I get the pulled pork at Redbones) and a full meal with sandwich and two sides is pretty cheap. The interior is decked out in vintage everything, complete with spinny stools at the window, which gives it an old-school feel. I tried the collards and found them limp and vinegary, but maybe someone from the South can tell me if this is as good as it gets. Everything else? Damn tasty. Very crowded at dinner hour and on weekends, so don't come expecting to sit down. Not open late.
