Staples has the best customer service of any store I have ever visited or shopped online. If you join the Frequent Buyer club (I forgot what it is called), you can get free shipping...which is really helpful. Their sales around Christmas are great, and sometimes they have some great random sales. The people at the store will help you from the moment you get in until the movement you leave unless you don't want any help. They also price match, meaning if you see product A at Kmart, and their price is higher they will give you an even lower price then the other LOCAL store.
