Here's the Scoop has great soft serve ice cream, and an incredibly friendly place. The inside is extremely clean. I cannot remember if there are 40 flavors of softserve or 60, but they have just about everything. It is across the street from St. Charles, but it may have been turned into a pizza place. While it doesn't have the best ice cream in Cleveland, it is good, especially if you are a softserve fan. The indoor seating is another benefit.
