Flat Top grill is a place where you create your own bowl of stir fry. You pick out all the veggies, sauces, noodles, rices, meats, etc and put them in your bowl. Then you put some color coded skewers in the bowl, leave it on the counter and the chef frys it on the grill for you. In the meantime while you are waiting you can just hang out with your friends.
Now when your bowl is delivered to you and you realize upon first bite that it doesnt taste good, know that somewhere you didnt add the good sauce and now you have to eat it.
So go with someone who knows what they're doing the first time and dont get a huge bowl the first time. You can get unlimited refills so experiment. Fun place to try out.
Food will be anywhere from good to outstanding depending on your assembling skills.
